One
million children in Honduras received Albendazole
tablets in February/March of 2009 because of the
donation from MAMA Project, Food for the Hungry, and The Worm
Project. They were distributed through the Healthy
Schools Program, a program led by the First Lady of
Honduras. We also gave one million more deworming
tablets to the Healthy Schools Program to give the children
their 2nd dosis six months later.

We were
able to purchase 2 million tablets of Albendazole, with help
from our friends. Thank you to all who participated in
